How to get there from Ferrol:
Ferrol-Covas road and after passing Covas, take the road to Esmelle.
High level of activity.
Services: car-park, first aid station, showers and seasonal kiosks.
The camping site of As Cabazas and the recreational area of the same name are very close.
A FRAGATA
Also known as Porto Bello, it is situated in a rural environment between the beaches of O Vilar and Esmelle. It forms – along with the beach of San Xurxo – the beautiful natural bay of San Xurxo. It is awarded with a Blue Flag.
Its extension is 200 meters by 50 meters wide. It is a beach of white sand, windy and with a lot of waves, although smaller than on Esmelle beach.
