How to get there from Ferrol:
Ferrol -San Xurxo road; in Valón (km.2), take a signposted detour to Doniños and from there go to Punta Penencia at the southern end of the beach.
It does not have any facilities although the bus service arrives in the immediate vicinity up to Doniños.
Low level of activity.
LUMEBÓ COVE
It is a wild cove of great beauty which can only be accessed at low tide. Its access is very difficult due to the steepness of the terrain.
It is a quiet nudist beach with fine sand.
It also has rocks of capricious forms that resemble sculptures.
Sunsets are breath-taking here.
