They are located in the back of the Captaincy Palace and the Parador de Turismo. This place offers a viewpoint over the Arsenal and the Ferrol’s estuary, since they are located in a defensive bulwark of the city.

They were designed by the naval engineer Andrés Comerma. Here you can see the obelisk of “Churruca”.

Right next to this place, there are the San Francisco gardens, that form a continuation of the previous ones. They are near the San Francisco Church and have been recently remodeled.
