The Galician term Enxebre alludes to the typical products from the land which are traditional in Galicia. It is a new concept of agile and informal gastronomy, so that the customer can savor the taste of “A Boa Cociña Galega” (good local cuisine) at an irresistible price.
This restaurant offers products from the Ferrol’s estuary, such as scallops, variegated scallops, caldeirada (stew), as well as Galician veal and the best Galician cheese selection, accompanied with the most exquisite snacks and served with the best Galician wines. Traditional desserts include filloas (a kind of crêpe) and many more surprises.
Paradores offer gluten-free menu suitable for gluten-intolerant people, although it is advisable to notify them about this issue when making the reservation.
