How to get there from Ferrol:
Ferrol-Covas road; go past the town of Covas, A Pedreira and take the road to the beach.
Medium-low level of activity.
Services: car-park, first aid station, showers and seasonal kiosks.
Bus service to Covas.
PONZOS
It is a virgin beach that is located in a non-urbanized rural area with green areas nearby. It is a fine white sand straight beach about 1400 m. long. It is windy and has strong undertows.
It is highly frequented by surf lovers and those who like to walk or run in the wet sand from the lonely and beautiful Casal beach.
It has a nudist area on the right side with respect to the sea.
It is separated only by some rocks from the lonely and beautiful beach of Casal which belongs to Narón and has a difficult access by land.
Ponzos finishes to the west on two small beaches, Medote and Sartaña
