The accommodation is located in the village of A Graña, in the area of Ferrol (next to the bus stop) and a minute walk from the beach (direct access). It dates from the 18th century when the first military shipyard was built in the Ferrol’s estuary. It has been recently restored with all the comforts and respecting the maximum qualities in its materials and finishing details.

All rooms have views of the sea and the city. This charming house, with capacity for 10 people, is designed to welcome families with children and groups of friends who wish to spend a quiet holiday by the sea in a privileged environment –  both in summer and winter -.
